In our extra virgin olive oil we
use olives from the hills “D.O.P. Monti Iblei”.
European Economic Community recognized this area/region
as the “protected designation of origin” (Regulation
n. 1107/96).

This oil is made of varieties of Biancolilla, Tonda
Iblea and Carolea which are harvested by hand. You
can enjoy a fruity scent, at times also of tomato
leaf and a velvety taste with a sweet aftertaste.

We consider this oil as our “niche oil”,
a real olive juice that comes from our large plantation
of olive trees. The harvesting is done by hand. The
right percentage of the cultivars of Moresca, Nocellara
del Belice and Carolea give our extra virgin olive
oil a sophisticated taste.
